General information
The Longcrofts family have been in the transport business for over 30 years moving to new larger premises in October 2009. Initially carrying pallets for local businesses to all areas of the UK we have diversified in recent times. Although pallet distribution still forms the backbone of the business we now transport heavy plant and equipment throughout the UK using two machine trailers and a specially customised 7.5 tonne 'beaver-tail' truck. In common with many road hauliers we are now in partnership with a pallet hub The Pallet Network (TPN). TPN is one of the largest and fastest growing pallet hubs in the UK and Longcrofts are proud to be their member for the SG postcode area. Membership enables us distribute large volumes of pallets quickly and efficiently throughout the UK.
