The Coniston Shooting Ground is situated on the superb 1400 acre Coniston Estate near Skipton in the heart of the stunning North Yorkshire Dales. Headed up by Peter Manley, the ground is run by a close knit team of experienced staff and highly qualified shooting instructors.
Situated on the A65 from Skipton to Kendal, in the grounds of “The Coniston Hotel” The countryside setting of the ground is the backdrop to a selection of unique clay pigeon layouts that will challenge all shooting abilities.
The ground is CPSA Premier Plus ranked making it one of the best grounds in the UK. The imposing log cabin clubhouse erected in September 2008 offers visitors somewhere to relax with catering facilities, a meeting room, and two shopping areas one dedicated to guns the other to shooting accessories. The whole experience should not be missed especially on a winter day when the fire is roaring.
