Yoga Hook

General information

Yoga found me or I found yoga through a back injury (like many others). After many years of personal practice and seeing the benefits of yoga, not just in flexibility and strength, but in the overall well-being of the mind and the impact that it had on our family, we felt that we had to share and provide this service to the wider community.

As a result, we set out on a journey to build Yoga Hook. Our logo represents that yoga is truly a continuous process, a way of life and reaches beyond infinity. We offer a myriad of yoga styles to suit everyone’s ability and preference, from beginner classes to dynamic, power, alignment, Hot or even a relaxing Yin class. Our belief systems is based on “kindness” and “compassion” so we thrive to work and source products based on these beliefs.

Situated in Gerrards Cross, we are at the heart of many neighbouring towns so have customers from The Chalfonts, Slough, Beaconsfield, Maidenhead, Uxbridge, Denham, Ruislip, to name a few.
