Go Supply Chain Consulting is a firm of logistics consultants.

We help businesses to maximise the cost effectiveness of their supply chains, improving service and reducing cost.

We offer logistics and supply chain consulting services to clients in retail, FMCG, fashion, industrial and other sectors.

Typically this takes the form of engaging with the relevant stakeholders and agreeing the project scope and deliverables, obtaining and analysing data to create a clear picture of the status quo and modelling and evaluation to recommend preferred options for the future.

This may relate to the location and number of warehouses the company needs, the size of and technology in those warehouses, delivery frequency to customers / stores, size and type of distribution fleet, inventory management parameters and many other variables.

With a combined 25+ years in logistics management and consulting roles, great technical skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas at all levels of the organisation, they are well qualified to help you with your logistics strategy and operational improvement needs.

Gavin holds an MSc. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management, while Craig is a graduate of Durham University.
