General information

Mastermodels go back to the 1960s when we made some of the iconic models used in the Gerry Anderson TV shows. From the early TV series of Fireball XL5 and Supercar, through to the now legendary Thunderbirds ! We made the Zero X spacecraft that starred in the film Thunderbirds Are Go ! This TV work led us into modelmaking for the film studios and we are proud to have made some of the models and props used in Stanley Kubricks now legendary sci - fi film 2001 - A Space Odyssey.

Mastermodels today make all sorts of models for many different organisations. We make satellite models, aircraft models, ship models, concept models of new phones and consumer devices, large display models for exhibitions and museums. We also make interactive models for museums and industrial clients. Our repertoire also includes awards, advertising models, promotional models, architectural models, confectionery models, jet engine models, mailers and working models.
