About HSN Care:
HSN Care Ltd is a company with a small but dedicated team, with over 50 years experience in the private sector and over 40 years experience in the disability, public and voluntary sectors.

We have specialists dedicated to finding and building property tailor made to fit individual care needs, within communities near to family and friends of those with high support needs. In addition we have an operational specialist in the disability sector, who will work collaboratively with individuals, families, professionals and funders to ensure the best package possible for each person.

There is secure funding in place to enable the best possible service provision.

HSN Care Promise:
We promise to work with each individual with high support needs, together with their families and teams of supporters, enabling them to live in the type of home environment of their choosing, to access lifelong learning opportunities, meaningful work or work experiences, a full range of sports and leisure activities, and therapies tailored to meet all needs.

All of this will be done in the midst of our own regular, local communities, and respecting the culture and beliefs of each person in our care. We promise to put each person at the heart of our families and community life, with people who have similar needs and personalities.

We will use our private sector knowledge to offer our staff the best careers, training and working conditions. We promise to work collaboratively with all funders, so that they will be assured of a service of the highest quality; one which minimises waste, maximises economies of scale, matches need in the best possible way, and gives everyone the greatest value for money.

HSN Care - Our Vision
HSN Care Ltd will provide tailor-made homes, equipment, 24-hour care and access to a range of activities and therapies to meet all needs. Those living in our homes will have substantial physical and/or learning disabilities and require 24-hour care.

They will be aged 18 plus, the majority will be young adults, as the variety and level of provision available for this age group is currently far less than for older people.

HSN Care has a clear mission to offer state of the art physical therapy programmes to all residents who need them, led by our own Physiotherapy team, with full training for all staff. These will be programmes not just to maintain current levels of fitness, but designed to offer all residents the best outcomes.

Everyone in our homes will have a tailor-made care plan and a team around them, consisting of family, professionals, funders and ourselves. Their own views will form the basis of how we help them to live their lives. We are here to enable every person to reach their potential. A full spectrum of therapies will be on offer, from physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, hydrotherapy and music therapy. A range of learning and/or work experiences will also be available, together with appropriate cultural activities. For those with specific dietary requirements, we will ensure that these are met. There will be sleeping and waking night staff in all homes and everyone will have enabling care appropriate to their needs. A full and active social life will be available to everyone, for example, cinema, theatre, clubs, pubs, shopping, meeting friends and concerts. We will use public transport where possible, and own adapted vehicles when needed.
