You will find lots of helpful information here about cycling the iconic route from Lands End to John O’Groats or of course John O’Groats to Lands End (to avoid the direction issue both rides are often referred to as an end to end).

For a few years I have been running a website dedicated to providing information, resources and tips for those budding adventurers who want to take on the challenge of cycling from one end of the UK to the other.

Many people have contacted me through the website with queries and problems and I thought creating a Facebook page would be the best way to assist. I am hoping it will become a forum in which potential end to enders can raise issues within a community so that a broader range of opinions can be sought, rather than just my own!

My hope is that the interactive nature of Facebook will mean that people can raise a potential problem and, hopefully, a number of people that have already tackled a similar dilemma will be able to offer advice.
