Skills Group has over 20 years’ experience in delivering apprenticeships, working with top local employers to offer sustainable employment opportunities. We are one of the country’s largest independent training providers, one of very few to be recognised as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, and in the top 5% nationally for our apprentice success rates.

Skills Group offers apprenticeship and vocational training programmes, while continually striving to ensure that the training we deliver is relevant, engaging and tailored to specific business needs and those of the individual.

We work with you, our employers, to determine the nature of your apprenticeship vacancy and any specific training requirements you have. We will guide you through the recruitment and apprenticeship programme.

We work in partnership with schools, colleges and careers agencies to find the right candidates for your business, and support them through their training.

Our programmes are regularly inspected by government agencies and awarding bodies to determine that the training we deliver is of the highest quality. Achieving recognition from Ofsted as an Outstanding training provider clearly distinguishes our level of provision, and with success rates at least 20% above the national average, and the highest in the South West, you can be assured we do all we can for your business success.
