The word Hybrid means 'composite or mixture' and that in essence exactly what our unique style is. We have, after years of careful research and training designed a system that combines the most effective techniques from traditional styles with the latest cutting edge self-protection and fitness training. Our system contains elements from popular styles such as Kickboxing, Ju Jitsu (Grappling), Escrima (Weapons) , kungfu, boxing, Krav Maga (self defence) etc.
