Chubb Bulleid solicitors based in Wells, Street and Somerton, in the County of Somerset.

Chubb Bulleid was formed in March 1997 by a merger between Chubb Beresford which has nearly 150 years of legal expertise in Wells, and Bulleid Leeks & Co. which was formed some 70 years ago in Glastonbury and Street. On 1st October 2004, Alan R. Walton & Company of Somerton was also incorporated within the firm.

The business of Roger Gay & Co closed down towards the end of June 2008. Chubb Bulleid assisted in helping with the orderly closure of that firm and has agreed to take custody and store free of charge all Wills and Deeds from its business which was formerly run from Brunel House, Brunel Precinct, Somerton, Somerset TA11 7PY. Former clients of Roger Gay's are very welcome to seek advice from this firm, but of course are free to collect their Wills and Deeds upon production of suitable identification. We have not acquired the practice of Roger Gay & Co but have assisted in its closing down as a gesture of goodwill, and are willing to assist its clients with their legal needs.
