We are parents of a daughter with special needs on a mission. When looking at future options for Laura we were so disappointed with what we were finding; environments were poor, it was all about care not support, and people had no purpose. So, we decided to set up our own residential service supporting adults with complex needs, so that they had the opportunity to lead happy and fulfilled lives.

Being parent led we are renowned for offering a specialist high quality service that puts people at the heart of what we do. We have created exceptional Micro-communities which are based across Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire and welcome placements from all over the county.

We are uncompromising in the way in which we design and equip each home and, along with our dedicated staff team, recognise that creating positive lifestyles and meeting individual needs is paramount.
