Medivet St Helens

General information

Medivet St Helens began as ‘Better Vets’ in 2010, and joined the Medivet Group in 2012. Since joining the group, our practice has undergone significant refurbishment to enhance our clinical facilities and offer a high standard of patient care. We offer diagnostic ultrasound, x-rays, ECG, dentistry and a broad range of surgical facilities. We offer veterinary consultations and run a variety of nurse clinics offering advice on puppies/kittens, flea/worm treatment, weight clinics, dental care and much more. Consultations are by appointment only, except emergencies who will take priority. There is ample parking close by on Albion Street, and also on Wolesley Road and Cooper Street (observe signs for any parking restrictions).

Our Branch Partner and Senior Vet is Tom Evans, who joined us early in 2013 having worked in the St Helens area since 2009. He has a post-graduate certificate in Medicine and has particular interests in Surgery and Ultrasonography, so brings a broad range of skills to our practice to give your much-loved pets the highest standards of clinical care. Our additional staff includes Veterinary Surgeon Iker, Head Nurse Lydia, Nurse Hannah and Patient Care Assistants Martyn and Samantha.
