Welcome to Giocentric Fitness Hub Shrewsbury.

We are a small cooperative of trainers and therapists working in a new concept to make Health and Fitness more accessible and affordable for both instructors and members of the public. Giocentric was founded by the owner of VINCK Fitness who is an established member of the reputable Register of Exercise Professionals.

Giocentric Fitness Hub offers a facility that is fully equipped with MATRIX Fitness equipment, therapy rooms and class studios, dedicated to support Fitness Instructors, Apprentices, Personal Trainers, Nutrition Advisors and Therapists to practice their skills, develop themselves and enjoy what they studied for.

Members of the public have the great advantage of an affordable gym with the unique opportunity to take on their own Instructors, Personal Trainers or Therapists, follow classes, get Nutrition Advice, participate in GP referral schemes or receive treatments such as Sports Massage Therapy, without the standard fitness club membership restrictions.

Owned by a Personal Trainer, run by Personal Trainers, focussing on the "Personal" in Personal Training and making your health and fitness our priority in the most welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
