General information

Please Note we are a REAL Pet Store with real pets and everything you need to look after them and give them a happy and healthy life.
We Are NOT a national modern pet store where everything is squeaky clean because they hardly have any pets but instead concentrate on the more profitable side of the business which is selling food and accessories in quantity. Please don't get the two mixed up, we spend a great deal of time and money keeping our pets in heat and light, they are also fed a healthy diet and cleaned and cared for by our staff and volunteers.
We could not look after our creatures without their help and we are grateful for the time and dedication they give us. Our creatures are all well looked after and are checked regularly by both the S.S.P.C.A. and Perth & Kinross Councils Animal Welfare Department. We hope when you visit our store you understand that we not only want to provide happy healthy pets but to be here to provide you with food and treats on an on going basis and be here to support you by supplying everything you may need for your pets continued happiness.
If you love animals you will understand they take a lot of looking after and although we do our best sometimes things can happen that we might miss, if you see anything that needs our attention please let a member of staff know. Our Animals Come First but Customers are a close second. We are open 7 day's a week for you and your pets.
