The Company is totally independent and privately owned, having been established in 2000. Offering a professional hands on approach, Belgravia Block Management ensures seamless management of clients apartment block(s) and residential unit(s).

Our goal is to provide a comprehensive service, tailored to your individual property.

We manage all service requirements, maintenance and repair issues and ensure that these are completed to the required high standards our clients expect. To ensure that your property always conforms to the required Health and Safety standards, we employee a team of professional contractors to ensure that all work is carried out to the correct legislation and standards. You will receive complete detailed information and full transparency of costs, services and charges you as a client would be responsible for.

Our management team will visit you whenever required. Additional to specific site visit requests, we carry out regular property visits and inspections. We are pleased to organise and attend Resident Meetings and Annual General Meetings.

We will assist you with all aspects of your insurance requirements. The issue of share transfers and property sale assistance is available to you should this be required. We provide this to a high professional and confidential standard. As part of the financial management we provide for your property, we review and negotiate costs to always ensure 'best price and service' is achieved. We prepare and review budgets and annual accounts as required.
