General information

We are based in Peterborough (UK) and work with clients in an 80mile radius of our offices, as well as selected projects in Central London.

The majority of our work comes from referred clients as well as returning clients. With 20+ years in business we are fortunate to have a wide variety of clients including:

✯ Smaller local business projects

We are also asked to do some amazing work on high-end residential properties and Manor houses - which is hugely rewarding.

The family business is headed up by Gary Cope, a property professional with 35+ years in the business. His son, Ashley, works alongside him and their 40+ team.

We are known for our attention to detail; keeping on budget; completing on time; and most of all - producing a high quality service and looking after our clients well.
