We provide property and estate Management to Leasehold properties throughout the South East of England.

Working in conjunction with the Directors of Resident Companies we can alleviate them from the day-to-day running of their companies which can become arduous and time consuming.

our role is varied and can be tailored to suit our individual client needs. With our database of contractors we are able to source quotations which are then provided to the Directors/residents for consideration. We arrange for works to be carried out to the building and grounds when necessary liaising with the contractors that have been employed throughout.

We compile budgets and administer the collection of Service Charges and Ground Rents, ensuring that current legislation is adhered to.
