At Vision, we help you to achieve and maintain weight loss
One-to-one appointments are offered in relaxed surroundings, where your individuality will be valued. Weight loss programs are tailored to meet your needs using a variety of approaches, including Dietary advice and support, techniques to help you deal with food cravings, work on boosting your motivation, hypnosis and stress reduction techniques including the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

We always aim for an outcome where you will be empowered to help yourself both now and in the future to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle.

I am fully insured and have diplomas in Nutrition and Weight Consultancy and Meridian Psychotherapy, I am a certified practitioner in the use of hypnotic language and a NLP Master Practitioner. I am also a member of the Association of Holistic and Complimentary Practitioners and the International Association of NLP and Coaching.
