Finding the right Prom dress for your teenage daughter can be a serious business. Despite the enormous Prom culture that is ever-growing Stateside, here in the UK, we still have a little catching up to do. But with expectations growing with every new US reality TV show that emerges, parents and teenage girls are clamoring to be the first to find THE dress for their school prom.

The Prom Sisters collection has been put together with the teenage customer in mind, without the need of breaking the bank. With dresses in the more traditional 'princess' style through to elegant backless evening gowns, you'll be hard pushed not to find the perfect prom dress here.

Local mum, Catherine Garel-Jones is poised to open for her second prom season. Her pop up boutique, Prom Sisters, appears just as you need it and then disappears again ready and poised for the next cycle of Prom Queens in the making. She is your very own Prom Fairy Godmother but with better customer service. No dress is whipped up amongst the pumpkins here, but rather take a breath and relax as Catherine smoothly steps in and presents an array of options to your daughter, as you calmly and serenely sit back during your private one on one appointment to style and fit the dress of your daughters prom dreams.

Following the success of Prom Sisters in its first year, Catherine has now taken over a shop in Redbourn and will be setting up residence there from the 5th January 2017. "We’ve almost filled all the appointments for January already. It’s remarkable how quickly the girls want to get in to choose the dress. It’s not just about finding the perfect dress, that’s only half the battle! It’s about being the only girl at the Prom wearing that dress, the dress is not so perfect if 3 other girls are in it!”

To avoid such a fashion faux pas, Catherine prides herself on offering an Exclusivity Dress Policy. Once she has sold one particular style of dress to one girl, she won't sell that same dress to another girl at the same school event, which is why appointments are already booking up fast. But do not fret, with around 150 exquisite styles to choose from, there are bound to be a few to fall in love with.

The boutique will be open 6 days a week from the 5th January (Tues-Sunday), offering flexible opening hours to fit around school schedules and the life of busy mums.

The boutique is based on appointments only so that customers are able to get the wonderful personal service that Catherine and her team of helpers can offer. Advance bookings are recommended however you may get lucky by calling for a last minute appointment on the day.
