Ashley Grange Nursing Home Ltd is a family-run business providing Nursing Care, Residential Care and Respite Opportunities to 55 adults. The family, Mr & Mrs Ashley and Mr & Mrs De La Haye, have been operating Care Homes since 1981. In 1984 Ashley Grange, Lode Hill, Downton was opened supporting adults with long-term conditions, mental health, physical disability, sensory impairment or dementia. Typically, Residents (Service Users) are elderly, however, we also welcome younger adults and those with learning disabilities.

As a second generation family-run Nursing Home, we have the experience and stability of an established Home blended with a contemporary approach to its daily operations - the best of both worlds! The provision of good quality care does not stand still!

Our Registered Manager and Registered Nurse is Matron Mrs Alexandra Dempster. Her team, which consists of qualified Registered General Nurses, Registered Mental Nurses, Carers and Assistants, deliver care according to your Care Plan. We believe that you should have input into your Care Plan and that your representatives may assist where appropriate. We will help you remain as self reliant and independent as you would like, offering assistance where appropriate and when required.
