During your visit our experienced staff will be delighted to discuss the menu with you, and possibly recommend a suitable wine from our extensive cellars. All combined to make your meal a truly memorable occasion.

A traditioanl Chinese feast is held as a celebration rather than a functional event to sate the appetite. Whilst at the Imperial we recognise the common sense of the latter, we make no excuses when promoting the former. Our aim is to serve you a meal that you will remember as a very special occasion, both in the contrasting flavours and the presentation of the food.

We can cater for private functions of anything up to 120 people for any special occasion. We would be happy to create a special banquet menu especially for your function.
