Established in 1986 we are now confidently the largest independent Recruitment Agency in Salisbury, Wiltshire with an excellent reputation in Professional Recruitment. 2016 saw us celebrating 30 years in business.

As a local Agency we have built long standing relationships with local businesses and our clients and candidates rely on us to work together with them in order to find the right person for the right job!

Our team of experienced recruiters and HR specialists are passionate about what they do and take the time to get to know the businesses we work with, building firm, working relationships with both our clients and candidates.

We are a generalist Agency which means we supply “across the board” personnel, offering a complete and tailored service - which includes HR Advice and Training.

Although our Recruitment Agency is local and independent, we are an active member of TEAM – The Employment Agents Movement - an association of Independent Agencies established in 1996. TEAM currently has a membership of several hundred Agencies, covering most parts of the United Kingdom, which enables us to help recruit staff nationally. We work with Specialist Agencies who support us with recruiting candidates with specific expertise and experience as well as recruiting for clients with offices in other parts of the UK.
