Subli Blanks offers a wide range of blank products which can be personalised using the dye-sublimation process. Subli Blanks was established in 2013 by Chris Brydges and now comprises a team of 4. From our business premises in South Yorkshire we serve customers all over the UK and further afield. We started off just offering personalised mugs using basic equipment, however we have now invested in better equipment and are continually adding to our product range.

Our products use a process called dye sublimation which is a transfer process whereby the image becomes part of the actual item. To work, it requires special machinery, special ink and paper, plus specific substrates with polyester coating. When the ink is heated to high temperatures it becomes a gas. Pores of the polyester item open up allowing the gas to enter. Once removed from the heat, the pores close – trapping the ink inside. The end result is a smooth image.
