Fonexpress Kenya is a subsidiary of Fones Direct Limited (FDL) is a wholly Kenyan owned company that has been in the business of IT & Communication products over 12 years.

FDL owns and operates well-known local retail franchises called “FONEXPRESS” , “TUSCOM & “NAIVAkOM”(inside Nakumatt, Tuskys and Naivas Supermarkets respectively) together with “Phonelink Limited” Safaricom Dealer shops, as well as partnerships with Airtel and Orange, make FDL one of the leading independent IT and Communications retailers in East Africa. In addition to this we cater to a large base of corporate organizations, providing them with solutions tailored to suit their needs.

Other sister companies are Fonexpress Uganda Limited and Fonexpress Rwanda Limited All Fonexpress shops are located in side Nakumatt Supermarkets.

We are also an AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER for Acer, Alcatel, Motorola, Mi-fone and Microsoft/Nokia, Tecmobile, Huawei, Lenovo, Tecno, Obi, LG and Samsung. We have also partnered with renowned insurance firms to offer peace of mind for our customers.

Other service offerings include an easy payment system where you can “buy now and pay later” via monthly installments.
