ABOUT US
From our humble beginnings we always had a dream to make an impact on our town and those around us. After a short trip to the Caribbean we saw how the people there celebrated life and enjoyed their surroundings, so why not do the same back here in the UK.
The first Bar or “Rum shop” as they are known as in the Caribbean started almost 50 years ago on the island of Trinidad. Still running today we are proud to bring the “Trini- culture” to Essex.
The word Fete (pronounced FET) means to Party, so why not join us at the Fete Lounge where you will discover a new twist to high TEAS, homemade cakes and TARTS and our signature cockTAILS.
Lounge during the day and enjoy your high TEA from Tuesdays to Sundays served from 11am – 5pm then Fete the nights away with our resident DJs on Thurs/Fri/Saturday till closing.
