Who are we?
We are a members association offering advice and guidance to all Care Providers in Hertfordshire

What do we do?
We manage over £3/4 million of training funding for the county on behalf of the Government, the Local Authority, NHS and other funding agencies.

Why do we exist?
To help organisations raise their standards of quality

Who are our members?
Anyone who provides Adult Social Care in Hertfordshire – residential, homecare, day services, voluntary organisations, social enterprises, charitable bodies etc.

The business will:
Work on behalf of its membership to provide up to date information and act as a collective voice.

Work in partnership with the Local Authority, NHS and other key partners to enable Hertfordshire Private Independent and voluntary Care Providers to keep up to date with local and national drivers and achieve optimum performance with regards to workforce development.

HCPA will seek funding for care providers to grow the skills of the workforce and to assemble projects targeted at specific care sectors and needs.

Sign up to end fully support the Prime Ministers Dementia Challenge Partnership is a key word in HCPA’s mission statement.

What does ‘Partnership’ mean?
Working together for a common cause … raising the Quality of Care HCPA works on behalf of YOU, its members, to make strategic links with many of the major key players in the world of Health & Social Care and in Hertfordshire. We understand Private Care Providers cannot do all this by themselves, this is why we do it for you. We listen to feedback which we gain through surveys and from our many Network Events. We share this with our partners.
