Primarily managing and selling properties within the North Manchester areas of Rochdale, Bury, Middleton, Heywood, Royton, Oldham and New Moston, we let, sell and manage properties as far North as Haslingden and as far south as Ashton-u-Lyne whilst not forgetting the villages a little closer to home with properties to rent and sell in Littleborough, Milnrow, Shaw, Norden, Bamford, Healey, Shawclough, Whitworth, Wardle, Smithybridge, Newhey, Alkrington, Hopwood and Bacup.

By covering such an area it is important that we work closely with other local Martin & Co offices such as Manchester Central, Stockport, Wilmslow, Prestwich, Chorlton, Huddersfield and Preston sharing best practice to continually improve our service.

We also share local contractors to find the best deals, highest quality and lowest prices for our landlords.

Martin & Co Rochdale: Our team

Phil Watson is our astute Managing Director. A landlord himself for over fourteen years, he has completed the 12 month Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) Technical Award in Residential Lettings & Property Management and is a full member of ARLA / the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP). More recently he completed his Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership at Liverpool Hope University and is now a qualified Member of the Chartered Management Institute. His career began in the Royal Air Force, followed by several years working within the Telecommunications Industry in a strategic management role. Following a number of bad experiences at the hands of estate agents 'managing' his properties, he deciding to follow his passion for property investment and set up in business as a Specialist Letting / Estate Agent.

Dawn Taylor, Operations Director, is a qualified member of ARLA, has over twenty years experience in lettings and property management (we are not allowed to say exactly how long this experience is!) and provides a wealth of knowledge to the business.

David Bentley (Wyatt Morris Golland) – Accounts, is extremely qualified with over 20 years experience of book keeping, accounts and importantly receipting rents and paying our landlords / contractors!

Martin & Co employ dedicated Administrators, Lettings Negotiators, Property Managers and Property Management Assistants. Each have a wealth of local knowledge and regularly attend both internal and external Martin & Co UK Ltd training courses.

Keeping up to date with the local property market, lettings / sales practice and the law is key to our continued success and a challenge that we whole heartedly accept.
