Manning's Bakers was set up in 1947 by Michael Manning. Michael ran a fish and chip shop, but growing increasingly fed up with the quality of pies being supplies, he started to bake them himself. From there, Manning's Bakers was born.
There are currently 12 shops across the East Lancashire area.
