General information

I was the shy kid, the scared kid, the kid who didn’t want to do PE under any circumstance, I had zero confidence and avoided going out. It got so bad at points I went to therapy. I’d noticed my brother in law had begun lifting weights. Something inside me said ‘I’m going to try that’. I worked away on my own, until one day someone in physics class noticed my arms has gotten bigger. The shock on their face was priceless, they’d not expected I could be fit, they expected me to be the wimpy kid, the kid who had no confidence, the kid who didn’t ‘do’ anything. For the first time in 16 years I felt confident. Fast forward 12 years and I simply do not know what I would have done had I not discovered exercise, fitness and movement and gave empowerment it gave me.

I simply make people better versions of themselves – not change them. I help to make people, fitter, stronger, more resilient and healthier both mentally and physically. I make people more confident in what they can do, a little bit of self-belief can go a long way! It’s my job to elicit this out of you!
