General information

Not that long ago I was sofa ridden with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. I felt awful and I was in a lot of pain.
One day I decided that I was really sick of being sick and overweight so I changed my diet to raw foods and juicing fresh vegetables. I started exercising by taking short walks and then made the decision to join a gym.
I really HAD to push myself sometimes to get to the gym but I knew that when I came out of there I was going to feel better than when I went in.

I was fortunate to have an amazingly supportive personal trainer who encouraged and inspired me and .... well..... you know the advert about Remington shavers? ... No! I didn't buy a gym (not yet anyway) BUT I did love the lifestyle enough to train and study and become a personal trainer myself.

Now I am in a position to combine my skills and offer you a "top to toe" and "inside out" program of exercise, nutrition, coaching and Energy healing.
I can show you Energy techniques to help you get going, move past blockages, release negative emotions and look and feel positive and vibrant.

When the pupil is ready, the teacher will appear. I hope I can inspire you and support you either in person or via the internet.
