General information
Founded by Iain Price-Smith in 1971 the company started life in Queen Victoria's boat shed alongside the river Thames at Tedington Lock, in West London. In 1974 they moved to Woking in Surrey, and then in 1981 to a purpose built factory in Uckfield, East Sussex.
As a founding member of PLASA ( originally BADEM ) in 1977, in 1998 they received an award from the association for being 1 of only 2 companies to exhibit at every PLASA show since its formation.
In 2004 Iain retired and manufacturing and sales was taken over by Light Engineering in Walthamstow, E.London.
In 2007 the company was acquired by Adelto Ltd with a manufacturing facility in S.E.China where they now design and manufacture LED lighting systems.
