BDA is based within quite a unique setting. Our offices are situated in the old market town of Rochford, near Southend-on-Sea in Essex.

The market town has, for centuries, been the centre of trade for outlying villages such as Canewdon, Paglesham and Wakering. Rochford offers an extremely varied range of services, which is why BDA fits so well into its surroundings.

Being on the mainline link to London, Liverpool Street means that we have direct access to most travel networks linking the UK and we are situated conveniently within a short distance of the M25.
