We operate from spacious, hi-tech and modern offices and we place great emphasis on the comfort and well-being of our staff. Our technology offering is "next generation" and at the leading edge of enterprise multimedia contact centres of today.

Ventrica places great emphasis on the well-being of our staff and for this reason we have made a substantial investment in our contact centre to ensure our people enjoy working in a modern and inspiring environment.

More importantly though is the way our staff are managed. Our people make our business and because of this we are absolutely committed to providing them with a challenging and rewarding career. We recognise that every individual brings something unique to the business and our philosophy is to train, develop and empower our staff to achieve both their own goals and those of the company.

To deliver this our management team are tasked with the job of getting to know their staff really well through regular one to one sessions and bi-annual appraisals. Throughout these meetings a series of personal goals are agreed and documented in line with our overall company objectives, so our staff know exactly what is expected of them and how their contribution affects the overall efficiency of the company. Our policy is always to recruit and promote from within wherever possible and to recognise and reward staff that contribute towards the success of the company.
