It’s not always something you can put your finger on but it’s there and it’s affecting how you feel and your enjoyment of life. And it’s not just confined to adults, it can affect all age groups, resulting in behaviour problems, stress and anger management issues for all members of the family.

Whilst some people might use the generic terms holistic or complementary therapies, The Therapy Life Centre is rather different. We are the home of over 12 experienced and expert/highly qualified specialists, who will offer a comprehensive range of gentle, drug-free, non-invasive treatments, working in conjunction with a selection of groups, classes and workshops.
