Merthyr Valleys Homes (MVH) was established in 2009 as a result of tenants voting to transfer their homes to a new not-for-profit organisation. We own and manage over 4,200 homes across the borough.
On 1st May 2016 we became Wales’ first tenant and employee mutual housing association. Allowing our tenants and employees to become Members gives them a share in the organisation and allows them the right to cast their vote. Our tenants and employees are empowered to get involved and have a real say, and they influence the decision making and set the direction for MVH.
