Only fully vacinated pets are accepted
Full boarding day fee is charged on day of arrival and departure
All bookings subject to a deposit
Full payment due on collection of pet
Payment by cash or cheque accepted
Only cats from the same household can share a pen
Medicines will only be given if accompanied by Veterinary instructions
Out of hours drop-off/collection is strictly by arrangement only
Prices include food, water, bed, bedding, heating and care
Should Veterinary attention be required all costs are the responsibility of the pet owner and must be settled in full upon collection
A collection / delivery service is available - please ask for details
