Carlos is situated in the bustling historic market town of Morpeth in Northumberland. We are passionate about serving great tasting food and delivering excellent service to all of our customers.
We only use the finest Icelandic and Norwegian fish, which is filleted and frozen within four hours of being caught. This retains the full flavour and freshness of the fish. Not only does our fish taste fantastic it also comes from a sustainable source, which means we will be able to enjoy it for many years to come. Our preferred potato is the Maris Piper, which is renowned for its crispy coating and fluffy inside creating the perfect chip. At Carlos we believe that fish and chips truly are the nation’s favorite dish.
