This stunning country house sleeps up to 29 guests and is available for exclusive hire. Guests not only have access to the beautiful private gardens but also the indoor swimming pool and tennis court. There is also an opportunity for salmon and trout fishing on a private beat of the River Coquet which runs through the 800 acre estate. Located near to the A1 and approximately half an hour from Newcastle upon Tyne, Guyzance Hall offers peace and tranquility but is within easy drving distance of the coast, Alnwick Castle, Alnwick Garden and major attractions.

Guyzance Hall has 12 bedrooms in the main hall, all with luxurious furnishings and decoration, modern en-suites or private bathrooms. There are a further 3 bedrooms in the Garden Cottage which adjoins the Ballroom and is included in the hire of Guzyance Hall. The spacious Hall has a beautiful drawing room wtih large feature fireplace - perfect for winter evenings - and a wood panelled dining room just made for dinner parties. There is also a library with comfortable sofas, TV and DVD plus a modern kitchen with electric oven and aga, dishwasher, microwave, 2 fridge freezers and a plentiful supply of crockery, glasses, pans and utensils. The Ballroom finishes off the grandeur with glittering chandeliers and a minstrels' gallery, ideal for a wedding or party.
