Sycamore Energy Assessors Limited provide services to anyone involved in the Housing Market, our main customer base is through Local Independent Estate Agents for the Sale and rental of properties and also private vendors or Landlords across the East Midlands..

Energy Performance Certificates ( EPCs )

We have provided Energy Performance Certificates since their inception in 2007 as a legal requirement for sales properties and 2008 for rental properties.

We have provided many EPCs for properties having Solar PV panels installed helping people to save on their energy bills for many years to come.

We have links with other like minded Professional EPC providers across the Country allowing us to provide an EPC anywhere.

Legionella Risk Assessments ( LRAs )

We provide LRAs across the East Midlands for Landlords and Letting Agencies.

Using a fully adaptable and modern software package we provide a fully comprehensive Risk Assessment report that identifies any Risks giving Landlords and tenants advice that helps to make the property as safe as possible.

Floor Plans

With any EPC or LRA we can provide a Floor plan for the property, these are now essential for any Sales porperty but are laso becoming popular for rental properties as well.

Floor Plans can be provided in either 2d or 3d format or both .

Aerial Imagery

We are currently undergoing an approved CAA drone flying course to be licenced to fly Drone's for Commercial Aerial Imagery.

This exciting new venture for our Business will allow us to offer aerial imagery for any property that wants extra marketing but also promotional shots and videos for any Business or Private occasion.
