General information
We are a small Community Arts organisation set up in 1979 to serve the district of the High Peak. We work to bring arts and creative activities to people who wouldn't normally have access. Our two main programmes are Arts and Wellbeing and Youth Arts. Our Arts and Wellbeing programme includes Project eARTh, making environmental art work with local people experiencing mental distress, in whatever form. Our Youth Arts programme include Tall Tales, performing arts in Buxton and Glossop and The Film Cuts Club in Chapel en le Frith High School and Whitefield Pure Vibes Youth Club. We also respond to specific needs of small rural communities, taking our Yurt out and about to host storytelling etc.
