We successfully deliver planning and environmental permitting requirements of projects and coordinate the environmental aspects, ironing out the legal issues to save clients time and money.

Operating throughout the UK with a core customer base in North East England (Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Durham, Northumberland and Yorkshire), ACT provides planning and environmental services and are experts in environmental permits and permitting. Providing scoping and development advice, applications, variations and amendments, and discharge of conditions ACT are handling an increasing number of sites in Scotland (Edinburgh and Glasgow), Cumbria (Penrith and Carlisle) and the North West (Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool).

Our team are members of the Royal Town Planning Institute, the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management, the Institute of Quarrying and the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment. Chartered practitioners, some with more than 25 years experience in both the public and private sectors.
