Downwood Film Productions Company Information
General information
At Downwood, the emphasis is very much on high quality, and most productions are shot on 16mm and 35mm film. Producer and cameraman Anthony Hontoir uses cameras which are themselves part of cinema history but still capable of giving first-class results with the distinctive film look.
A recent addition to the collection is a 1930s newsreel camera, very much in working condition, which is shooting on the current production "Ghosts of Glamorgan".
