The Caring Laundry

General information

The shop became The Caring Laundry in late 2008 when we bought it. We chose the name to emphasise the excellent customer service and quality of work that we aim to achieve.

Customers like what we do and how we do it and the business has flourished in the last nine years. Our local shop is busy and thriving.

We are one of only two shops in the whole of the County of Bridgend that dry clean on the premises. In fact, the only shop that uses PERC (perchloroethylene), the traditional liquid that provides a deeper clean.

Our customers talk through their needs with the people that will be working on their items. We return your items when you want them, rather than you having to wait until the next collection and delivery date.

We have over 40 years combined dry cleaning experience. Three of our staff being trained by Roger Cawood, an industry expert, who still has a relationship with the shop and provides advice and support when needed.

David has also completed SATRA dry cleaning training.
