General information

We offer a distinct and personalised Case Management Service for people of all ages with a particular emphasis on those recovering from acquired brain injury. We have a reputation for taking the more complex cases. Our aim is to empower and support people to reach their full potential and maximise their rehabilitation opportunities in order to promote the best quality of life. We work with clients and recruit staff across most of the North of England. Where care/support is required we recruit care/support staff specifically for the individual client. This can be on a short or longer term basis depending on individual needs.
