Cleveland Wills Ltd was formed in 2005 by former teacher Bernie Gray after he qualified as a willwriter with the Institute of Professional Willwriters. It is a small family run business (Wife Carol is Company Secretary).
The I.P.W. demands the highest standards of professionalism from its members who must follow a strict Code of Practice, complete a minimum of eight hours Continuing Professional Development each year and have Professional Indemnity Insurance in place to the tune of £2 million per claim. The company prides itself on both its professional service and its very competitive pricing policy.
Around 70% of the population has yet to make a will. The majority think they should, but just dont seem to get around to it! At Cleveland Wills we are hoping to convince people of the benefits of making a will and so alleviating the horrendous problems which loved ones can face when a family member dies intestate.
