General information

Rapidtyre started back in 2009 as a mobile tyre business but within 6 months we decided a permanaent base was better for business. November 2009 we moved into our current premises where we undertake MOT testing on Bikes and Cars as well as tyre supply and servicing and repair operations.

We have many suppliers so our customers can be assured we have shopped around the wholesale market to get you the best price we can. Our budget household brand is Nexen with Falken as our mid option and Goodyear/Dunlop our Premium.

The owner/proprietor Dave Wymer is a keen Motorcycle Race/Trackday rider so this directly benefits our Motorcycle customers as Dave has a wealth of knowledge to draw from when it comes to giving best advice to our customers. In 2015 Dave is making a return to racing on his MSS Performance powered Kawasaki ZX10R , reports and race results will be posted regularly during the season.

Dave himself has been in the motor industry all his career from being involved in the Motorsport arena to working for the largest Motor dealer in the south west more recently up until he decided to set up Rapidtyre as it is today .
