Welcome to bstfitness, a brand new sports complex in the heart of Newbury, just a stone's throw away from Parkway shopping centre.

bstfitness is home to a huge 100+ station gym with the latest Pulse® kit, allowing you to maximize your workout sessions in fun and innovative ways. Stream your favorite TV programmes or games during your run on our state-of-the-art treadmills, excite your cycle ride on our virtual-reality Trixter® X-Dream bikes or tone your body in our supreme-comfort Evolve® resistance equipment.

But that's not it. Membership to the centre also includes access to our functional fitness area - a room dedicated to TRX® fitness, plate loading machines and functional equipment such as Viprs, Kettlebells and medicine balls.
Members also have access to a variety of studio classes throughout the week including circuits, core, spinning and so much more, all included within the membership.

You can also have a swim in our pool as part of your workout or simply have a relaxing dip - it's up to you. Lanes are available for all abilities - and yes, this is part of the membership package too.
