General information

Achievement for All is a leading not-for-profit organisation that works in partnership with early years settings, schools and colleges, improving outcomes for all children and young people vulnerable to underachievement regardless of background, challenge or need.

The education system is failing at least one in five children and young people – the vulnerable, disadvantaged and underachieving. Achievement for All is challenging this position, helping schools, early years settings and colleges to achieve, aspire, and ensure access for all.

Children and young people experiencing disadvantage lack confidence, find learning challenging, develop differently to others, and participate less in society. The impact on their lives can be severe, with long-lasting effects on their wellbeing, relationships and future job prospects, as well as the wider community. This needs to change.

Every child deserves the opportunity to achieve, regardless of their background, challenges or needs. Yet in our schools, early years settings, and colleges, children and young people are slipping through the cracks, and are not fulfilling their potential.

Achievement for All is a not-for-profit organisation that exists to close the unacceptable gaps at every level of our education system. Empowering young people, as well as their teachers, parents and carers, we work to transform lives through personal coaching, professional support, and a leading network of educational experts.

In our partnerships with early years settings, schools and colleges, Achievement for All has had a positive and measureable impact on the lives of more than 100,000 children and young people to date. Through our tried-and-tested approaches to aspiration, access, attainment and achievement, we aim to improve the lives of at least 100,000 more.

It is our intention to provoke debate and new ways of thinking through evidence-based practice and processes such as workshops, structured conversations, and shared online resources. Only by doing this can we help create new futures, transform culture, and truly guarantee achievement for all.
