General information
Age UK Medway is a charity with a 40 year history locally, and has grown larger to cope with the increased demand for its services. Age UK is a brand created in 2009 by the merger of two well established charities nationally, Age Concern and Help the Aged. Locally in medway, we merged two former Age concern organisations, then adopted the new national brand identity in 2010, formally registering our change of name in July 2012.
We have built on our long local history to become a dynamic and robust charitable organisation, dedicated to ensuring that the needs of older people are placed at the heart of all of our work.
