After a year of trading as a sole trader, Aimee set up 'Q Lighting' as a limited company in 2011; offering a full lighting design only or design and supply service.
Initially only commercial projects were considered, however over time and with the introduction of LED's, people began to pay more and more interest in lighting their homes and so there was a natural progression to take on residential projects too.
Through this change is focus, Q Lighting had created a whole library of high quality contemporary lighting manufacturers / products and so, earlier this year Aimee made the decision to make this available for everyone to enjoy and converted the website into an e-commerce site.
